Eligible buyers will receive a discount of up to the following maximum amounts: $2,500 off a single- section home or $5,000 off a multi-section home. Home must be purchased at the posted home- only retail sales price to be eligible for the maximum discount. If the retail home price is reduced due to buyer negotiations or lender requirements-- or the lender requires Seller-paid fees-- the discount amount will be offset by those reductions/fees first. Any remaining discount amount may be applied to reduce the total sale price of the home. No portion of the discount may be applied toward buyer’s down payment if buyer obtains financing for the home purchase. May not be available with USDA/FHA/VA financing and may be limited by other lender restrictions. Offer is non-transferable, non-combinable, and void where prohibited by law.
